On the other side, there are people who have a chronically runny nose for no apparent reason, nonallergic rhinitis or vasomotor rhinitis (VMR).

And how exactly humidifier helps with flu and cold?
The fact is that flu germs survive and spread more easily in dry air conditions.
A suggestion is, boost your indoor humidity level and make it difficult flu germs to survive and transmit to those around you.
Maintain a humidity level around 50% to curb the spread of germs.
Humidifier help moisturize your nasal, lung and throat passages and this way clear pass out for air.

Later, somehow my allergies became allergic asthma…This torments me greatly.
At some point, I used to use three types of asthma pumps and at the end, I was allergic to them too.
You wouldn’t believe me, but herbal syrups helped me!
Later I had negligible allergy problems, but and those problems disappeared when I bought the humidifier.
Nowadays both, allergies and asthma have remained in the past.
Humidifier ensures moist air at the exact desired temperature, which is the most natural and effective way to keep airways free.

NASAL CONGESTION DURING PREGNANCY
From my own experience, congestion during pregnancy may be unpleasant.
This condition is caused by hormonal changes although it’s very similar to the nasal congestion you get when you have a cold.
A higher level of estrogen during pregnancy can cause the lining of the nasal passages to swell and produce more mucus. Those problems also cause a higher level of blood circulating which is normal during pregnancy.
Pregnancy congestion can start very early, in the first trimester, and tend to get worse later during pregnancy.
